Replacement Policy


  1. Partner / Reseller has to contact us at customerservice@grandtechintl.com.ph prior to send the goods for return, exchange, refund.
  2. All documentations must attach on the email such as Proof of Purchased (Pop) is required to provide by the buyer for easier tracking.
  3. Returns and Exchange may take up 2-3 days process for the complete documentation.
  4. Return / Replacement Policy  for defective / Damaged Product is Seven Days will be eligible if unused, original packaging, accessories are included upon return.
